Function of Specific Sites lands

--The Specific Sites land has no building types limit and the type of building can be changed at will. For example, a factory can be demolished and converted into a farm. In this way, players can build every type of land on commercial land, such as a small house next to a farm, to create a small town or business district.

--Some limited buildings are only available on Specific Sites land such as Nightclub, Racer Pasture or Arena.

--Specific Sites land has mining power to auto daily allocate ARA. There are 3 different mining power of Specific Sites land (Decrease 10% annually)：

Sapphire Specific Sites 10ARA/Daily (2.5% Rarity)

Jadeite Specific Sites 5ARA/Daily (10% Rarity)
