Minette 108 Special Characters plan

Although, Special Characters isn’t like the 21 legend characters who own the verification nodes and the revenue feedback from NFT Maker Gaia. However, Special Characters have their own story and characteristic.

From now on, Freeport team will create totally 108 Special Characters in the first plan. Citizens can get these Special Characters by some special events, Youtubers's events, helping Freeport team or lottery. Before Freeport game on-line, we will promote 32 Special Characters in total. After the Freeport game on-line, Freeport will release the remaining 72 Special Characters. More detail is in Discord announcement.
